The Power of Energy Healing: Awakening Your Inner Healer through Sacred Practice
Energy healing isn’t just something I learned later in life — it’s woven into the fabric of who I am. My relationship with energy, frequency, and vibration began long before I ever studied it formally, and over the decades, it’s evolved into a deep knowing: that we are more than our bodies, and that the Spirit moves through us when we learn how to listen.

Now, as we enter the AI age, a time of unprecedented technological advancement, this wisdom is more vital than ever. Artificial intelligence may be able to process data at lightning speed, but it cannot feel the subtle shifts of breath, sense the presence of Spirit, or transmit the warmth of a human hand on the heart. The future will require us to remember and protect what makes us profoundly human: our capacity to sense, connect, and heal through energy.

Roots in a Nature-Based, Energy-Conscious Life

I was born into an energy-conscious family, living an alternate, nature-based lifestyle. While other children went to the doctor for every ailment, I drank carrot juice, used natural remedies, and recited positive affirmations. The idea that the mind and body were connected wasn’t a theory, it was a way of life.

By the age of eleven, I had learned Transcendental Meditation. At thirteen, I was devouring books by Deepak Chopra, Kahlil Gibran, Shakti Gawain, Louise Hay, and other pioneering voices in the fields of healing and consciousness. These teachings shaped the way I saw the world, as a living prana, breathing, energetic ecosystem in which every thought, word, and action matters.

Early Training and Formal Study

Yoga and meditation became my steady companions through my teenage years. By the time I was eighteen, I had become a practitioner of Shiatsu, Reiki, Aromatherapy, and Myofascial Massage, all while studying psychology and business development at university. These early years were a fusion of two worlds: the grounded, practical discipline of formal education, and the expansive, intuitive art of working with energy.

Expanding the Path

From there, I went deeper. I became a yoga teacher, trained in iRest Yoga Nidra, and sought out wisdom from some of the world’s most inspiring healers, teachers, and guides. My journey led me to Ayurveda, where I became a clinical practitioner and bodyworker specialising in Panchakarma — a profound system of detoxification and rejuvenation that works not only on the body but on the subtle energies that shape it.

My path also took me beyond borders, studying with shamans who reminded me how to connect with the elements, the unseen worlds, and the spirit of nature itself. These experiences allowed me to understand energy not just as a concept, but as Spirit — the living vibration that moves through all life.

Energy as the Language of Healing in the AI Age

After decades of learning and practice, I’ve come to see energy as the universal language of healing. It’s the subtle conversation between body, mind, and soul; the resonance that can be felt but not always seen.

In the AI age, this language becomes a form of preservation, a way to ensure that, amidst automation and digital immersion, we don’t lose touch with the intuitive intelligence of our own bodies. While AI can mimic human interaction, it cannot replicate the energetic exchange that happens between two hearts, or the way a healing touch can shift the frequency of a room.

AyurEnergy: Awakening Your Inner Healer

This lifetime of learning, practice, and integration is what inspired me to create the AyurEnergy course. It’s a sacred space where I share not only the techniques — from Reiki and Vedic breathwork to sound and mantra — but also the lived wisdom that comes from walking this path for a lifetime.

Energy healing is not about fixing someone else. It’s about awakening the inner healer that already exists within you, so you can restore harmony, balance, and flow in your own life, and for those you serve. And in a world increasingly influenced by AI, these skills are more than wellness practices; they are acts of remembering what it means to be truly alive.

My journey has shown me that energy healing is not just a practice — it’s a way of living.

It’s the daily awareness that we are vibrational beings, deeply connected to nature, Spirit, and one another. In this new era of artificial intelligence, the world doesn’t just need more data; it needs more presence, more touch, more Spirit.

When we learn to work with energy, we not only heal ourselves — we become keepers of a wisdom that no machine can replicate.
